Hunan and Jiangxi will build open and cooperative areas

      Rednet (Nanchang): On the afternoon of April 15, Hunan Provincial Government and Jiangxi Provincial Government signed "the Strategic Agreement of Building Cooperation and Experimental Areas in Hunan Province and Jiangxi Province", which is an exploration of building open and cooperative zones in Hunan's Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan city group and the west of Jiangxi province, for across provincial cooperation, for open economic innovations, and for regional development growth.

      According to the Agreement, the cooperative construction of the test areas include Changsha City , Zhuzhou City , Xiangtan City of Hunan Province, Pingxiang city, Yichun City and Xinyu City of Jiangxi province. The Agreement proposed that  test areas should have more autonomy for development in the field of industrial, land, finance, taxation by laws and regulations, in order to carrying out pioneering functions. And overlay support policy should benefit the areas so as to be transformed into national-level demonstration platforms for regional cooperation.
